defendant,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE FIRST CHAMBER OF THE EUROPEAN UNION CIVIL SERVICE TRIBUNAL

makes the following

1.1 By application received at the Registry of the Tribunal on 10 January 2014, DJ seeks, inter alia, annulment of the decision of 12 March 2013 by which the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) extended his contract for only one year.

2.2 Following the hearing held on 8 July 2014 in the present case, the Judge-Rapporteur, at the request of the parties and on the basis of the authorisation received by the Chamber, held an informal meeting in the course of which the parties reached an agreement on the terms of an amicable settlement.
