The Court:

1.Annuls the decision of the Third Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 9 December 2014 (Case R 1643/2014-3);

2.Dismisses the action as to the remainder;

3.Orders EUIPO to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by Tubes Radiatori Srl;

4.Orders Antrax It Srl to bear its own costs.
