Description of the concentration
This notification relates to the proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of the EU Merger Regulation by which McCain will acquire sole control over the Lutosa Business.
The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:
• McCain and its subsidiaries are active in the production and supply of frozen, chilled and dehydrated potato products, pizzas, appetizers, oven meals, juices and desserts dedicated to the food service, retail and industry sectors.
• The Lutosa Business produces and supplies frozen, chilled, and dehydrated potato products dedicated to the food service, retail, and industry sectors.
