Description of the concentration
Kallisto Einhundertste Vermögensverwaltungs-GmbH which is controlled by investment funds that are controlled by their general partner, which in turn is ultimately controlled by the group holding company, Permira Holdings Limited, intends to acquire control of CABB International GmbH, the holding company of the CABB chemicals group.
CABB chemicals group is active in the manufacturing and distribution of fine chemicals, intermediates and customised chemical products. CABB manufactures a large number of chemical reagents and intermediates with a particular focus on monochloroacetic acid.
