By his action based on Articles 278 and 279 TFEU, the applicant seeks suspension of the operation of (i) the decision of the European Commission of 26 June 2024 not to reinstate him operationally in his post as Close Protection Officer whilst the investigation into the facts under consideration in the judgment of 8 May 2024, UF v Commission (T-24/23, EU:T:2024:293), is ongoing, and (ii) the decision of the Commission of 15 October 2024 to assign him to a service that is different than that relating to close protection.
