By its action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment of the European Commission’s decision of 18 July 2023 by which the Commission rejected the applicant’s complaint dated 11 April 2023 which characterised the exemption from the land tax on companies and the levy on the added value of companies, granted to the managing bodies of ports under Articles 1449 and 1586 ter of the code général des impôts français (French General Tax Code), as unlawful State aid.
