Description of the concentration
On 21 January 2013, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 by which Triton Managers III Limited and TFF III Limited, in their capacities, indirectly or directly, as general partners of Triton funds acquire, indirectly via an acquisition vehicle, Bodem Holding Finland Oy, sole control of Suomen Lähikauppa.
