Subject-matter and description of the proceedings

Annulment of the final decision to transfer the applicant’s pension rights into the European Union pension scheme under the new general implementing provisions (GIPs) of Article 11(2) of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations of 3 March 2011.

Form of order sought

—Annul the decision of the Commission of 19 June 2014 fixing the calculation of the applicant’s pension rights to be credited acquired before his entry into service with the Commission;

—Order the Commission to pay the costs.
