Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.Annuls the decision of the European Central Bank (ECB) of 18 August 2014 rejecting Mr Raivo Teeäär’s application for the career transition support put in place by that institution;

2.Dismisses the action as to the remainder;

3.Orders the ECB to pay the costs.
