Re:

By his action pursuant to Article 270 TFEU and to Article 50a of the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union, the applicant seeks, first, annulment of the decision of 15 September 2023 by which the Executive Director of the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol) suspended him from his duties for an indefinite period and of the decision of 22 November 2023 by which the Executive Director did not reclassify him in Grade AD 11 and, second, compensation for the non-material harm allegedly caused to him as the result in particular of those decisions.

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.Annuls the decision of 22 November 2023 by which the Executive Director of the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol) did not reclassify EG in Grade AD 11;

2.Dismisses the action as to the remainder;

3.Orders EG and Europol to bear their own costs.
