Re:

By their action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicants seek the annulment of their pay slips for the month of July 2020 drawn up by the European External Action Service (EEAS), by which it was decided to apply, for the first time, the correction coefficients fixed with retroactive effect from 1 October 2019 and 1 January 2020.

Operative part of the order

1.The action is dismissed as manifestly lacking any foundation in law.

2.FJ and the other applicants whose names are listed in the annex shall pay the costs.
