SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
(1) REWE-ZENTRALFINANZ eG, a German company mainly active in the retail distribution of daily consumer goods intends to acquire Lekkerland AG & Co. KG together with its limited partner Lekkerland AG a German wholesaler. The underlying Share Purchase Agreement was signed on 28 May 2019. At completion, REWE-ZENTRALFINANZ eG will acquire sole control over Lekkerland AG & Co. KG and Lekkerland AG.
(2) The notified concentration does not give rise to any reportable markets.
