SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
SNCFL et Arcelor envisagent d’acquérir une influence décisive, dans l’esprit de l’article 3(1)(b) du Règlement CE sur les concentrations, sur les activités et la gestion de la société à créer CFL CARGO, société qui sera active dans le transport de marchandises.
Les activités des entreprises à la concentration sont:
-- Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois - SNCFL : prestataire de service dans le domaine des transports principalement ferroviaires
-- Arcelor Profil Luxembourg SA : entité du Groupe Arcelor, entreprise sidérurgique, active dans la production et la commercialisation de produits longs en acier au carbone.
La concentration aura un impact sur le marché du transport de marchandises, principalement par rail.
