SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
The Commission has received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) 139/2004 by which CVC (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, the "CVC Group") would obtain sole control within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation over the Target.
The primary business activities of the undertakings are:
(i) for the CVC Group: advice to and management of investment funds; and
(ii) for the Target: exploitation of theatres, production and development of musicals and live entertainment shows.
