Does Article 34 TFEU, having regard to Article 36 TFEU and Article 9(7) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 (1) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2017 on official controls and other official activities performed to ensure the application of food and feed law, rules on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products, preclude national legislation that imposes on a recipient of food supplements from another Member State the general obligation to report, no later than 24 hours in advance of their arrival at their place of destination, and provide the information required for carrying out a risk analysis and planning official controls?
