By her action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment of ‘the annex to Council Decision 2011/72/CFSP of 31 January 2011 concerning restrictive measures to the extent that it concerns Ms Nesrine BEN ALI (file No 6), in so far as that annex was extended by Council Decision 2023/159 of 19 January 2024, and the effects thereof’.
