By her action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, the annulment of the decision of the Executive Director of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) of 17 December 2021 and the decision of Cedefop’s Appeals Committee of 17 June 2022 and, second, compensation of EUR 100 000 for the non-material damage she claims to have suffered.

1.Dismisses the action;
2.Orders VP to bear her own costs and to pay those incurred by the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop).
