Description of the concentration
Apache Corporation, an independent energy company that explores for, develops and produces natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquids, has agreed to acquire (directly or indirectly) 100% of the assets of Mobil North Sea Limited, which is currently part of the ExxonMobil group, excluding the North West Hutton Field Area. These assets are entirely within the United Kingdom and comprise interests in certain producing offshore oil and gas fields and certain offshore oil and gas exploration acreage in the North Sea, interests in certain pipelines and offshore infrastructure and an interest in the SAGE gas terminal located at St Fergus in Scotland.
