SECTION 1.2

Description of the concentration

This notification relates to the proposed acquisition of sole control within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No. 139/2004 by the Oaktree Group, through OCM, of SGD, a French undertaking.

The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:

-The Oaktree Group: private equity investment funds; and

-SGD: supply of specialty glass packaging in the perfumery, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, supply of other moulded glass products, such as glass bricks and glass insulators, and supply of plastic packaging products.
