Declares that, by failing to review and, if necessary, update and by failing to make available to the European Commission the flood risk management plans within the prescribed periods, the Slovak Republic has failed to fulfil its obligations under Article 14(3) and Article 15(1) of Directive 2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood risks;
Orders the Slovak Republic to pay the costs.
