The Court:
1.Dismisses the action;
2.Orders Chelyabinsk electrometallurgical integrated plant OAO (CHEMK) and Kuzneckie Ferrosplavy OAO (KF) to bear their own costs and to pay those incurred by the European Commission;
3.Orders Euroalliages to bear its own costs.
