Appeal against the order of the Court of First Instance (Sixth Chamber) of 22 July 2009 in Case T-234/09 Hârsulescu v Romania in which the Court of First Instance held that it had no jurisdiction to consider the applicant’s action for the annulment of two judgments given by national courts and for damages – Challenge to the method of calculating retirement pension rights – Lack of jurisdiction of the General Court.

Operative part:

1.The appeal is dismissed.

2.Mr Hârsulescu is ordered to pay the costs.
