Appeal brought against the order of the Court of First Instance (Eighth Chamber) of 27 November 2009 in Case T-348/09 Uznański v Poland, by which the Court dismissed the action brought by the applicant for annulment of a measure of the Polish authorities confiscating certain immovable property – Lack of jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance.
1.The appeal is dismissed.
2.Mr Uznański is ordered to bear his own costs.
