The Court:
Declares that, by having failed, within the applicable time limit, to review and update the river basin management plans and to send a copy of the updates to the European Commission, the Hellenic Republic has failed to fulfil its obligations under Article 13(7) and Article 15(1) of Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2000 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy;
Declares that, by having failed to review and, if necessary, update the flood risk management plans and to make the reviewed and potentially updated version thereof available to the European Commission, the Hellenic Republic has failed to fulfil its obligations under Article 14(3) and Article 15(1) of Directive 2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood risks;
Orders the Hellenic Republic to pay the costs.
