2.Ms Eleanor Sharpston shall bear her own costs and pay those incurred by the Council of the European Union and the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States, including those incurred in the proceedings for interim relief before the General Court and the Court of Justice in Cases T-550/20 R, C-423/20 P(R) and C-424/20 P(R).
