1.Annuls the order of the General Court of the European Union of 8 February 2019, Schokker v EASA (T-817/17, not published, EU:T:2019:74);

2.Orders the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to pay compensation in the sum of EUR 7 500 to Mr Boudewijn Schokker;

3.Orders the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to pay its own costs relating to the proceedings at first instance in Case T-817/17 and the appeal proceedings as well as those incurred by Mr Boudewijn Schokker relating to both those proceedings.
