Description of the concentration
This notification concerns the proposed acquisition of Costa Limited and its subsidiaries ("Costa") by The Coca-Cola Company ("TCCC") pursuant to a sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") entered into between TCCC, Whitbread Group plc and Whitbread PLC on 31 August 2018 ("Proposed Transaction"). On completion of the Proposed Transaction, TCCC will acquire sole control over Costa.
