Description of the concentration
The notified operation consists of the acquisition of 100% of Fläkt Woods (Luxembourg) Sàrl's shares by a special purpose vehicle controlled by investment funds represented and managed by Sagard SAS.
Sagard SAS is an investment company that represents and manages investment funds. It focuses on investments in mid-sized businesses. The share capital of Sagard SAS is 73% owned by Power Corporation of Canada, an investment company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
