1)Annuls the decision of the European Parliament implicitly rejecting CN’s request for assistance of 13 February 2013;

2)Annuls the decision of the European Parliament of 18 December 2013 dismissing CN’s complaint of 26 August 2013;

3)Orders the European Parliament to pay CN the sum of EUR 45 785,29;

4)Orders the European Parliament to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by CN.
