The Court:

1.Annuls the notices of open competition EPSO/AD/125/08 (AD 7 and AD 9) to constitute a reserve list of doctors, published in the English, French and German versions of the Official Journal of the European Union of 21 February 2008;

2.Orders the Kingdom of Spain, the Italian Republic and the European Commission to bear their own costs.
