Operative part of the judgment

The Tribunal:

1.dismisses the action;

2.orders Ms Patsarika to bear three-quarters of her own costs;

3.orders the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training to bear its own costs and to pay one quarter of Ms Patsarika's costs.
