By their actions based on Article 263 TFEU, the applicants seek annulment of the Council Implementing Decision of 17 June 2022 on the approval of the assessment of the recovery and resilience plan for the Republic of Poland, as amended by the Council Implementing Decision of 8 December 2023.

1.The actions are dismissed as inadmissible.
2.Magistrats européens pour la démocratie et les libertés (Medel), International Association of Judges, Association of European Administrative Judges and Stichting Rechters voor Rechters shall pay the costs incurred by the Council of the European Union.
