—allow protection of IR No 941 684 in respect of the European Union also for the goods claimed in class 25 (‘Power sport vehicle-specific clothing, including protective outwear, balaclavas and face masks’);

—order EUIPO to pay the costs of the proceedings;

—order Slazengers Ltd to pay the costs of the proceedings before EUIPO.
