The applicant claims that the Court should:

annul European Investment Bank’s decision of 11 January 2024 to recover part of the individual awards received by the applicant for years 2019, 2020 and 2021, i.e. EUR 37 817,23;

annul, in so far as necessary, European Investment Bank’s decision of 16 July 2024 rejecting the applicant’s request for administrative review of 6 February 2024;

order the defendant to pay a financial compensation for the applicant’s moral harm, which can be evaluated, ex aequo et bono to the sum of EUR 15 000;

order the defendant to repay the sum recovered increased by a default interest at the European Central Bank rate plus 2 points;

order the defendant to pay all the costs.
