The Court:
1.Dismisses the action as being inadmissible;
2.Orders Uno Organización Empresarial de Logística y Transporte to bear its own costs as well as those incurred by the European Commission and by the Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, SA;
3.Orders the Kingdom of Spain to bear its own costs.
