SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
Mibau Holding GmbH intends to acquire joint control over Figdor Baustoffhandel GmbH, Wilhelmshaven by means of acquiring a 50% shareholding in the company.
Currently Figdor Baustoffhandel GmbH is jointly controlled by the seller, Rhenus AG & Co. KG, and Foster Yeoman Baumineralien GmbH. The latter will remain a controlling shareholder in the company.
Foster Yeoman Baumineralien GmbH is an affiliate of Foster Yeoman Limited, UK.
Mibau Holding GmbH is a joint venture of HeidelbergCement AG and Mr. Hans-Jürgen Hartmann.
Figdor Baustoffhandel GmbH is active in the distribution of mineral building materials in the area of Wilhelmshaven.
