—admit the present action as procedurally valid and declare it well founded and substantiated;
—consequently, annul the decision rejecting the complaint of 7 October 2024, the decision awarding merit points for 2023 of 5 June 2024 and the staff report for 2023 of 25 March 2024;
—award the applicant the sum of EUR 5 000 for non-material damage;
—order the European Parliament to pay the costs.
