Description of the concentration

As a result of the proposed transaction, Gonvarri will acquire joint control over Hidria together with Inovatis d.o.o., Ladis d.o.o., Alex Luckmann and Rafis d.o.o., acting as the Majority Shareholders.

Hidria is a company specialized in automotive and industrial components.

Gonvarri is active in steel services, material handling, precision tubes and metal structures and is in turn part of the ACEK Group, which is also active worldwide in (entirely different than Hidria’s) automotive components (in particular, stamped bodywork and chassis and mechanisms such as closures and hinges), assemblies for the automotive industry and presses and dies.

The transaction seeks to create a strategic partnership with the aim of creating a provider of solutions and products for sustainable electric mobility.
