Re:

By their action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicants seek the annulment of the decision of the European External Action Service (EEAS) of 21 December 2022 fixing the allowance for living conditions referred to in Article 10 of Annex X to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union, in so far as that decision reduces, as of 1 January 2023, the rate of the ALC paid to EU staff posted to Jordan from 15 % to 10 % of the reference amount.

Operative part of the order

1.There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the action.

2.The European External Action Service (EEAS) shall pay the costs.
