—annul the decision of 10 May 2010 of the selection board rejecting Mrs Dorina Maria Ghiba’s candidature for internal competition COM/INT/EU2/AST3 and the confirmatory decision of the appointing authority of 26 October 2010 rejecting the related complaint lodged on 4 August 2010;
—order the European Commission to pay the costs.
