Description of the concentration
1.1. Le 17 02 2006, la Commission a reÁu notification díun projet de concentration, conformément ‡ líarticle 4 du RËglement Concentration, par lequel Wendel Investissement acquiert le contrÙle exclusif du groupe Materis, par achat díactions via un vÈhicule díacquisition ad hoc.
2.2. Les activitÈs des entreprises concernÈes sont les suivantes :
-−pour Wendel Investissement : holding franÁais ayant des participations dans de nombreux secteurs (industries et services) ;
-−pour le groupe Materis : sociÈtÈ active dans le domaine de la fabrication et de la commercialisation díadjuvants, aluminates, mortiers et peintures.
