By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, annulment of the European Commission’s decision of 12 October 2021 by which it issued him with a warning under Article 3(1)(b) of Annex IX to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union and, second, compensation for the damage which he claims to have suffered as a result of that decision.
