The Commission has received notification of a proposed concentration in which Toyota Industries Corporation intends to acquire sole control of Vive B.V., the parent company of Vanderlande Industries Holding B.V.
Toyota Industries Corporation (“TICO”) is a multinational group headquartered in Kariya-shi in Aichi Prefecture of Japan. TICO offers, inter alia, material handling equipment to customers globally.
Vanderlande Industries Holding B.V. (”Vanderlande”) is a European multinational company based in the Netherlands. Vanderlande is active in industrial process control and automation.
