By his action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment of the decision of the Quaestors of the European Parliament of 11 November 2020, which confirmed the decision of the Parliament’s Secretary General of 18 May 2020, which in turn confirmed the Note of 11 June 2019 from the Head of the ‘Members’ Salaries and Social Entitlements Unit’ of the Parliament’s Directorate-General (DG) for Finance, concerning the establishment of the applicant’s retirement pension entitlements.
