In Case C‑729/19 REC,

REQUEST for a preliminary ruling under Article 267 TFEU from the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland (United Kingdom), made by decision of 2 September 2019, received at the Court on 2 October 2019, in the proceedings

Department of Justice for Northern Ireland,

THE COURT (Third Chamber),

after hearing the Advocate General,

makes the following

On 15 April 2021, the Court (Third Chamber) delivered the judgment Department of Justice for Northern Ireland (C‑729/19, EU:C:2021:275).

That judgment contains, in the introductory part, errors which it is appropriate for the Court to rectify at the request of the Polish Government and of its own motion, pursuant to Article 103(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Court.

On those grounds, the Court (Third Chamber) hereby orders:

In the introductory part of the judgment of 15 April 2021, Department of Justice for Northern Ireland (C‑729/19, EU:C:2021:275), the references regarding the observations submitted must be rectified as follows:

‘TKF, by R. Lavery QC, C. McGarrity, Solicitor, and M. McGowan, Barrister,

the Department of Justice for Northern Ireland, by K. Brown, acting as Agent, T. McGleenan QC and L. McMahon, Barrister,

the Polish Government, by S. Żyrek, acting as Agent,

The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified judgment. A note of this order shall be made in the margin of the original of the rectified judgment.
