On 15 April 2021, the Court (Third Chamber) delivered the judgment Department of Justice for Northern Ireland (C‑729/19, EU:C:2021:275).
That judgment contains, in the introductory part, errors which it is appropriate for the Court to rectify at the request of the Polish Government and of its own motion, pursuant to Article 103(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Court.
On those grounds, the Court (Third Chamber) hereby orders:
In the introductory part of the judgment of 15 April 2021, Department of Justice for Northern Ireland (C‑729/19, EU:C:2021:275), the references regarding the observations submitted must be rectified as follows:
