Description of the concentration
1On 19 July 2013, the European Commission received a notification relating to the acquisition of sole control over LRA III ApS (Logstor) by an acquisition vehicle that is ultimately controlled by Triton Managers III Limited and TFF III Limited. Logstor is a manufacturer of pre-insulated pipes headquartered in Løgstør in Denmark.
2Triton is an equity fund which has portfolio companies active in various sectors. Battenfeld-Cincinnati is a portfolio company of Triton which is active in the production and sale of plastic processing machines including the production and sale of extruders – a piece of machinery used in the production of pre-insulated pipes.
