Description of the concentration

On 5 June 2023, Brookfield Corporation notified to the European Commission the proposed acquisition of 100% of the shares, voting rights and common interests of, and sole control over, Triton International Limited (“Triton” or “Target”) (NYSE: TRTN) by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (“BIP”) (NYSE: BIP, TSX: BIP.UN), through its subsidiary Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation (“BIPC”) and its institutional partners (collectively, “Brookfield Infrastructure”). Brookfield Infrastructure is ultimately controlled by Brookfield Corporation, formerly known as Brookfield Asset Management Inc and registered in Canada.
