Líobjet de líentreprise commune est la promotion et la commercialisation en France, auprËs de particuliers (B2C), de chËques cadeaux et de cartes cadeaux. Les sociÈtÈs-mËres, SOFINCO et SPI, sont respectivement principalement actives dans le domaine du crÈdit ‡ la consommation et de la commercialisation de titres de services auprËs díentreprises (B2B). Aucune de ces deux sociÈtÈs-mËres níest ‡ líheure actuelle prÈsente, de faÁon substantielle, sur líun quelconque des marchÈs sur lesquels interviendra líentreprise commune.
