By her action pursuant to Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, in essence, annulment of the decision of the selection board of Open Competition EPSO/AD/371/19 for recruitment of administrators (AD 7) specialised in scientific research not to include the applicant’s name on the reserve list of that competition, in particular in area No 6, entitled ‘Nuclear research and decommissioning of nuclear installations’.

2.Orders Ms Nadya Rauff-Nisthar to pay the costs.
