Re:

Application based on Article 270 TFEU and seeking, first, annulment of the decision of 14 June 2017 by which the Executive Director of Frontex, acting as the authority authorised to conclude contracts of employment, terminated the applicant’s employment contract with effect at the end of an eight-month notice period and, secondly, compensation for the damage which the applicant claims to have suffered on account of discrimination and psychological harassment by Frontex which culminated in the decision to terminate her contract.
